Location: Peyton, CO Practice Type: On-site About the Opportunity Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices. Instead of working for a traditional ABA company, you become the owner and clinical leader of your practice—with control over your clinical care, caseload, schedule, team, and growth. What You'll Do • Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families. • Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans. • Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions. • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to your team as your practice grows. • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in client care. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards. • Build and grow your practice while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
