Description Pay: $23.00–$24.00 per hour + Benefits Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Las Vegas, Nevada About the Role Legacy Transportation is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to join our Las Vegas, Nevada team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Las Vegas. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while coordinating customer orders and time-sensitive shipments, including trade show and high-value freight. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer accounts, orders, and deadlines while maintaining accurate information throughout the shipment process. What You’ll Do • Process customer orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Coordinate freight and manage time-sensitive shipments, including trade show and high-value freight. • Maintain and update orders throughout the shipment process. • Communicate shipment status, changes, delays, and exceptions to customers. • Coordinate with customers, agents, operations, and other internal departments. • Prepare customer quotes and ensure shipment documentation is accurate, complete, and processed timely. • Manage multiple customer accounts, orders, and deadlines while maintaining accurate records. • Perform timely and accurate order entry and ensure shipment information remains current through completion. • Assist with resolving customer and shipment issues and involve appropriate team members when needed. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of customer service, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred. • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, shipment information, documentation, and recordkeeping. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with customer order processing, transportation order entry, or shipment coordination preferred. • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Dependable and adaptable with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
