Service Scheduler Responsibilities: • Take incoming calls and schedule service appointments for all four of our Johnson Motors dealerships. • Complete daily customer follow up calls. • Work as a team to ensure customer needs are met and ensure that the level of customer service is up to the standard that Johnson Motors expects for all our customers.
