Responsibilities • Develop and implement cutting-edge R&D strategies to create new products and enhance existing ones. • Lead a team of research and development professionals through the entire product development lifecycle. • Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of experiments, including the preparation of technical reports and presentations. • Establish and maintain partnerships with academic and industry research organizations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and regulatory, to ensure that products meet customer needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. • Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders. • Stay current with the latest trends and innovations in biotechnology and related fields.
