Join Our Team We're looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing construction team in Bend, Oregon. Responsibilities • Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications • Frame walls, floors, roofs, and install doors and windows • Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, and other finish carpentry elements • Build and install blocking, backing, stairs, and miscellaneous framing • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accurately • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently • Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards • Maintain a clean and organized job site • Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies • Work collaboratively with superintendents, foremen, and other trades Requirements • 3+ years of carpentry experience • Experience with finish carpentry • Ability to read blueprints and construction plans • Proficient with common carpentry tools and equipment • Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license • Must provide basic hand tools • OSHA 10 certification is a plus Preferred Experience • Commercial tenant improvements • Remodels and renovations • Concrete formwork • Siding, decking, and exterior finish work Benefits • Weekly pay • Overtime opportunities
