We are seeking a Principal Founding Product Engineer to lead strategic 0→1 product initiatives and help define how the company turns technical capabilities into scalable products. What You'll Do • Define technical and product direction for new initiatives. • Lead complex products from concept to scale. • Work directly with customers, founders, and product leadership. • Architect systems that can evolve from prototypes into production platforms. • Identify product opportunities through customer and market insight. • Establish reusable engineering patterns. • Mentor senior product engineers. • Influence company-level product and technology strategy. What We're Looking For • 8+ years of engineering experience. • Exceptional product engineering and architecture skills. • Multiple examples of successful 0→1 product development. • Strong product intuition and customer orientation. • Excellent technical communication. • Ability to influence product strategy through technical expertise.
