We are seeking a safety-focused, dependable Car Hauler/Rollback Driver to transport vehicles from recovery yards and other locations to auction sites and designated facilities. This position is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles without damage while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards. Rewards for Car Hauler/Rollback Driver: • Weekly salary + excellent commission plan • Total annual compensation of $75k - $100k • Full benefits • Matching 401(k) • Paid holidays • Paid time off • Monday - Friday schedule Responsibilities of the Car Hauler/Rollback Driver: • Safely operate 4 car rollback and/or car hauler equipment in compliance with DOT and company regulations • Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring they are free from damage • Understand and properly handle vehicles with various transmission types (automatic, manual, electric, etc.) • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment • Maintain and complete daily logs, inspection reports, and required documentation accurately and timely • Manage and obtain proper proof of delivery and customer documentation • Ensure equipment is maintained in good operating condition and report maintenance concerns promptly • Always follow all company safety policies and road regulations • Support daily operational needs and complete other tasks as assigned by management Work Hours for the Car Hauler/Rollback Driver: • Monday - Friday • Schedule may vary between 7am - 9pm • Occasional Saturday as needed Requirements Requirements for the Car Hauler/Rollback Driver: • High School diploma or equivalent • Valid Class A CDL • Rollback or flatbed experience is required • Must be at least 21 years of age • Clean driving record • No DUIs within the last five (5) years • No serious at-fault accidents • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices • Need to pass pre-employment screening • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Self-motivated and dependable America’s is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
