Responsibilities: • Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they approach the key room/podium • Manage the Flash Parking (POS) system • Process all transactions with guests using POS system and posting to the hotel POS system, as needed • Manage cash bank, ensuring accurate counts at beginning and end of every shift • Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver • Assist all guests and visitors with property directions • Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area) Qualifications and Skills: • Valid Driver's License with no marks on record • Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred Physical Demands: • Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc. • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 pounds • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift Requirements Valid Driver's License
