Ideal candidates will have both MIG & TIG experience, be strong in supporting weldment prototyping/new part development, have some prior experience training or working with others, and enjoy finding creative ways to reduce set-up and weld times. Position Responsible for: • MIG or TIG welding and fit up on new or repeat weldments • Reading/interpret blueprints as needed to part features, dimensions, & tolerances • Completing all inspection and quality processes as required per weldment/job • Troubleshooting or making adjustments as needed per job • Maintaining production and fit up rate/speed consistently across jobs or parts • Performing routine daily cell & machine maintenance Starting pay dependent on applicable work experience Every year here WMP we evaluate and work improve the benefits we can offer our people.
