Description Local Top workplace looking for a dedicated full time Robotic Welder to join our growing 3rd shift team to take lead on operating and troubleshooting one our newest, high impact machines! Ideal candidates will be quality orientated, strong multitaskers with previous forklift experience and some prior machine operation Previous experience or exposure with robotic welding operations is a plus, but not necessarily required - willing to train motivated candidates! Full time flexible hours and overtime available! Position Responsible For: • Set-up/operate and tend robotic welder • Assist in identifying defects and assist in repairs as needed (MIG welding) • Assist with staging welding cells/work areas and light material handling • Assist with inspections for welded components using tape measures and other hand tools • Assist with other production operations on occasion needed to meet customers needs: lasers, brakes, grinding equipment, milling/tapping machines, hardware inserters, press brakes Starting pay dependent on applicable work experience ***Every year here WMP we evaluate and work improve the benefits we can offer our people.
