You will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued. Your role is essential in creating a positive and memorable dining experience. Requirements • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests. • Greet guests promptly and warmly and guide them through the menu. • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. • Serve food and drinks efficiently and in accordance with service standards. • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. • Collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary. • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required. Qualifications • At least 2 years of previous experience working in full-service, high-volume restaurant. • People + communication skills. • Passion + work ethic for the restaurant industry. • Ability to be on your feet and alert for an extended period. • Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting. • Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed. • Ability to carry trays as needed. • Reliable transportation required. • Ability to work in a Team setting.
