This role is integral in supporting kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. Requirements • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests. • Specifically looking for cooks with Sautee experience. • Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards. • Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation. • Follow portion control guidelines to minimize waste. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. • Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations. • Monitor ingredient inventory levels and report shortages to the Assistant Kitchen Manager. • Conduct regular line checks to ensure proper stock and quality. • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. • Implement kitchen safety protocols to create a secure working environment. • Ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly. • Team Collaboration: • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. • Assist in training new kitchen staff members. • Communicate effectively with team members and management. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment. • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines. • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting. • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools. • Fast-paced restaurant environment. • Requires standing for extended periods. • May involve lifting heavy objects.
