RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greeting guests warmly and create a positive first impression. • Manage reservations and waitlists during high-volume periods. • Coordinate seating and maintain smooth table turnover. • Introduce guests to their server for a seamless transition. • Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests promptly. • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for the next guest. • Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return. • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operation. • Adhere to company policies and hospitality standards.
