We're seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage sophisticated matters outside of the personal injury and contingent-fee space, while contributing to high-quality client service across our civil litigation practice. Position Overview: The Litigation Attorney will manage cases from inception to resolution, working independently while collaborating with partners and senior attorneys on strategy. This position is ideal for a seasoned litigator — 7 to 10 years of civil litigation experience preferred — with strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills, who may bring an established book of business to the role. Key Responsibilities: ? Represent clients in all phases of litigation — pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, settlement negotiations, arbitration, and trial ? Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and other court filings ? Manage written discovery and take or defend depositions ? Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications ? Attend court hearings, status conferences, and mediations ?
