Description Our Supported Employment Program (SEMP) in Albany, NY, has an Employment Specialist position available. This is a Full-Time hourly position working 35 hours. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, and the days/hours will vary depending on department needs. The rate of pay is $21.00 per hour + longevity. This position will provide direct support to people seeking employment. You will assist the people on your caseload to develop a resume, conduct job searches, prepare for interviews, and provide onsite job coaching to support the person in maintaining successful employment in the community.
