We're looking for competitive, outgoing people who can walk into a high-traffic environment, start conversations with complete strangers, build relationships quickly, and turn conversations into opportunities. You do not need HVAC experience. We will teach you HVAC. We will teach you our SPARK sales process. We will teach you how to identify opportunities and set qualified appointments.
