This role supports members with daily living activities, skill-building, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Assist members with activities of daily living, including toileting and hygiene • Prepare simple meals and assist with cooking as needed • Perform light cleaning and maintain a safe environment • Facilitate activities such as crafts, games, and group participation • Accompany members on outings and community activities • Provide encouragement and positive support throughout the day • Follow care plans and safety guidelines consistently Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: • Fingerprint Clearance Card (need to obtain within 90 days of hire) • CPR Certification (training assistance available) • First Aid Certification (training assistance available) • Article 9 Certification (training assistance available) If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated resume.
