Your Role as an Outpatient Therapist: Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services to children and families in individual, family, and group settings. You’ll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team that shares a passion for long-term healing and empowerment. What You'll Do: • Manage a full caseload providing outpatient therapy using a family systems approach • Complete psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, diagnoses (DSM/ICD), and progress notes within our Electronic Health Record • Partner with clients and families to set goals, track progress, and engage them in their care • Meet team productivity, billing, and documentation standards • Stay in compliance with Medicaid, contract, and agency guidelines • Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and community stakeholders • Contribute to a culture of empathy, professionalism, and shared purpose Requirements What You Bring to the Table: • A Master’s degree from a Florida-eligible mental health, social work, or MFT program • Eligibility for FL intern registration (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI) • Moderate tech proficiency (EHR + Microsoft Office Suite) • Strong clinical instincts, communication skills, and documentation habits • Passion for working with diverse families and communities • Level 2 clearance from DCF Clearing house - https://info.flclearinghouse.com Preferred Qualifications: • Experience developing DSM/ICD-based treatment plans • Bilingual in Spanish (with additional compensation!) • Familiarity with Medicaid requirements and outpatient therapy best practices Perks and Benefits at CGC: • Starting salary of $38,646.00 • Discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance • Additional pay for bilingual skills • Generous PTO and paid holidays • 401(k) with 3% employer match • Flexible Spending Plan for medical and dependent care • Licensure supervision for registered interns • Annual Professional Development stipend • Licensure reimbursement • Team-based culture with strong mentorship and clinical support • Purpose-driven work that makes a difference ***CGC is a drug-free workplace*** ADA Disclaimer: In developing this job description, care was taken to include all competencies needed to successfully perform in this position.
