Description Residential Property Manager Arbors Management Inc. – Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Full-Time Arbors Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a 190-unit Senior/Disabled subsidized high-rise in Pittsburgh, PA. Qualifications: • Property Management experience in affordable housing (Section 8 / HUD). • Valid PA Real Estate License (or ability to obtain within 1 year). • Strong computer proficiency, budget management skills, and solid communication skills. • Valid driver's license and capable of passing criminal background & drug screenings.
