Build Your Career. DHT Group is hiring an Experienced Equipment Operator / Construction Laborer for our Reese, Michigan operation. We're looking for dependable professionals with at least two years of verifiable construction or heavy equipment experience who take pride in working safely, working hard, and getting the job done right. This is a hands-on position. You'll operate heavy equipment, perform physical labor when needed, and work alongside an experienced crew on excavation and site development projects throughout Michigan. What You'll Do • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently • Assist with excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation • Load and unload materials and equipment • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance • Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations • Travel to out-of-town projects during the busy season • Work as part of a professional construction crew Qualifications • Minimum two (2) years of verifiable construction or heavy equipment experience required • Experience operating excavators, loaders, dozers, or similar equipment preferred • CDL-A preferred, but not required • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Willing to travel as business demands • Committed to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship Why DHT Group?
