Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate inventory records, a safe working environment, and effective supervision of warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space and efficiency • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines • Manage warehouse budget, including labor costs and equipment maintenance • Oversee warehouse organization, cleaning processes, ozone treatments, and item tracking. • Maintain company equipment, vehicles, storage areas, and ensure safety standards are followed. Requirements Qualifications • 2–4+ years of contents, packout, warehouse management, inventory, or restoration experience. • Previous leadership or supervisor experience strongly preferred. • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and time management. • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Proficiency in inventory control and forecasting methods • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance regulations • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Equipment operator experience (order picker, counterbalance forklift and reach truck) • Ability to operate or oversee operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus) • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, move furniture, work in various environments, and manage physical aspects of packout operations. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
