Requirements What You’ll Do: As a Server at OceanView, you provide elevated, attentive service in a refined yet welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities include: • Greeting residents and guests warmly and professionally. • Presenting menus, answering questions, and making thoughtful food and wine pairing suggestions. • Delivering a high level of hospitality and service. • Preparing and setting up the dining room in a clean, sanitary, and timely manner. • Maintaining cleanliness throughout service, including side work and workstation sanitation. • Supporting catering and small special events as needed. • Assisting with stocking, proper food storage (FIFO), labeling, and light dishwashing duties. • Observing resident wellbeing and reporting any concerns appropriately. • Following ServSafe, HACCP, and all safety and sanitation standards. • Maintaining professional appearance and positive team collaboration at all times.
