Description DCOMM, Inc. is seeking a coachable, driven individual to join our team as a Field Support Technician in our Drop Bury department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with limited experience who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the company. Requirements What You'll Do • Provide field support by traveling to assigned job sites throughout the DFW area. • Perform a wide variety of operational and support duties as assigned by management, including inspecting job sites, communicating with customers, and mobilizing equipment and materials. • Assist field technicians with tasks and special assignments as directed by management. • Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a flexible, team-oriented attitude. Requirements • Willingness to learn and accept coaching. • Flexible, dependable, and able to handle a variety of responsibilities. • Clean motor vehicle record. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
