Day to Day: • Respond to and follow up on incoming storage inquiries via web chat, SMS, and our 1-800 customer support line • Provide exceptional customer service, including assessing customers' storage needs • Process and follow up on reservations from direct customer inquiries and third-party storage aggregators • Support stores across our 160+ location network spanning 5 states Requirements: • Ability to multi-task • Strong desire to help customers • Ability to self-manage while working independently • Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Previous call center experience a plus!
