Assemble high-quality trolling motors – from sub-assemblies to main builds ? Test final products to ensure top-tier performance ? Build and test remotes & foot buttons for seamless operation ? Use pneumatic tools and other industry-standard equipment ? Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized ? Requirements Work Schedule & Environment: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (One-hour lunch break) Work Setting: Warehouse/production environment with moderate to loud noise levels (forklifts, tools, etc.) Physical Requirements: ? Ability to stand, walk, and work with your hands for extended periods ? Lift and move up to 50 lbs ?
