Description WE ARE HIRING FOR 2ND SHIFT: 4:45 PM - 1:15 AM MONDAY-FRIDAY Position Summary: The Assembler will assemble equipment according to specifications and drawings. Duties / Responsibilities: • Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, fan assemblies, motors, pumps, piping, mount conduit, pull wire, and more according to directions. • Read blueprints schematics, and build to those specifications • Uses various machines, forklifts, overhead cranes and hand/power tools to accomplish assigned tasks • Performs other related duties as assigned Essential Skills and Experience: · Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics · Properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment · Basic ability in measuring equipment, reading, or writing · Ability to weld is a plus Education and Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods standing and performing tasks · Must be able to lift up to 20-30 pounds · Must have manual dexterity to assemble products and machines · Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components Requirements Essential Skills and Experience: · Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics · Properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment · Basic ability in measuring equipment, reading, or writing · Ability to weld is a plus
