Requirements • Experience managing reservations • Ability to gauge appropriate seatings according to volume • Confident and highly social personality • Greeting and welcoming guests • Ability to move quickly and efficiently • Knowledge of all food and beverage items • Understanding of dining room stations • Ability to communicate well with others • Team oriented attitude • Other duties as assigned by management team
