Interns should plan to come to the office at least one day a week (ideally more if possible), with a minimum workload of 15 hours per week. Who we're looking for Someone hungry, sharp, and excited about early-stage investing, thinking rigorously about markets, and rolling up their sleeves. Prior startup, operating, or investing exposure is a plus but not required; experience in insurance and/or insurtech is required. If this sounds like you, please include your resume along with a short write-up on three spaces in insurance that you think Equal should be investing in, and a few representative companies in each of those spaces.
