About the Role We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our fast-evolving platform. You’ll play a critical role in testing and validating features across a live service environment where rapid iteration and continuous deployment are core to how we build. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is highly product-minded, and is excited about delivering seamless, high-quality experiences to creators and users in real time. Responsibilities • Own and execute end-to-end testing strategies across mobile and web platforms. • Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. • Test rapidly evolving features in a live service environment with frequent deployments and iterations. • Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and product timelines in a fast-moving environment. • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation for new and existing features. • Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution. • Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks where applicable. • Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability and performance. • Advocate for the user experience by ensuring a high-quality, intuitive, and engaging product. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally in startup environments. • Experience supporting live service products with rapid release cycles and continuous deployment. • Proven ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and test under tight timelines. • Strong experience partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and collaborate on solutions. • Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android). • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting. • Familiarity with real-time, live-streaming, or gaming products. • Passion for interactive experiences, live streaming, gaming, and empowering creators.
