We support a variety of industries including refining, petrochemical, and power generation. This role is ideal for a career mechanic who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering reliable, precision repairs. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment and pump repair • Strong mechanical background with problem-solving and diagnostic skills • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and OEM specifications • Skilled in using precision tools and performing close-tolerance work • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed to meet customer deadlines • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and operate safely in a shop or field environment • Valid driver’s license required • High school diploma or GED preferred; formal mechanical or technical training a plus
