Housed in the former Olinger mortuary, the decor layers macabre remnants of the history of the building, with posh vintage details in a window-flanked space overlooking the Lower Highlands neighborhood. Featuring one of Denver’s largest rooftop patios, outfitted with a 1975 GMC “Bar-V” and a repurposed food truck, Linger is one of Denver’s signature destination dining and gathering spaces.
