What You'll Do: • Run service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs. • Identify opportunities to replace equipment (plumbing systems, water heaters, HVAC systems, repipes, etc.). • Sell full system replacements and installations directly to the customer. • Perform the installations personally or coordinate with install teams. • Deliver an unforgettable customer experience at every step.
