Duties: • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases. • Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. • Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and assist in managing stock levels. • Utilize retail math skills to provide accurate pricing information and financing options to customers. • Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for clients. • Participate in outbound sales efforts, including follow-ups with potential leads and referrals. • Deliver compelling presentations to groups or individuals, showcasing the advantages of our vehicles. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to enhance sales strategies. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
