Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the Denver area. As a Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of as mall, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day. WHAT YOU'LL LOVE • $27-31/hr, depending on experience • Incentive pay tied to team growth, plus equity • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and PTO • Leadership role with direct input into how your team runs SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday, daytime hours WHAT YOU'LL DO • Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures • Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization • Educate patients and their families on care and next steps • Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule Requirements WHAT YOU'LL BRING • 2+ years of dental assistant experience • Active state-level Dental Assistant certification • Valid drivers license and clean driving record, age 25+ • Comfort working in patients homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office LOCATION This role serves patients throughout the greater Denver area We'd love to meet you.
