• At least one year of related experience, a one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• A valid Class A CDL with no air brake restriction and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• A current DOT medical card.
• Experience operating air-brake equipped tractors and hydraulic tail or similar equipment trailers, and hauling construction equipment.
• Ability to work safely with tools, chains, binders, and securement equipment.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions, and to write simple reports and correspondence.
• Good judgment and the ability to make sound decisions on your own in a timely way.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and physical abilities assessment.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including early starts, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to climb on and off trailers and equipment safely.
