We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-service oriented individuals to fill various roles within our Golf Operations department. Positions Available: • Golf Shop Staff: Assist with checking in golfers, answering the phones, booking tee times, merchandise, and having great customer service. • Outside Services: Assist with bag drop, cleaning and maintaining golf carts, managing the driving range, providing friendly service to golfers. Responsibilities (may vary depending on position): • Provide exceptional customer service to all golfers and guests. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Work effectively as part of a team and independently. • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Have a passion for golf and a commitment to providing a positive golfing experience. • Be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Requirements • Must be reliable and punctual. • Available to work weekends and holidays. • Ability to work early mornings and/or late evenings. • Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules is a plus.
