Description Temp Assignment Full time and part-time hours available Duration: 4 to 5 weeks As a Event Concessions Worker, you’ll play a key role in creating an enjoyable experience for guests, you’ll be at the heart of the fair’s food scene. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and take food and beverage orders • Prepare and serve menu items quickly and safely (grill, fryers, drinks, etc.) • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions • Maintain a clean and sanitary food service area at all times • Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties • Provide excellent customer service in a busy, high-energy environment Requirements • Previous food service or cashier experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting • Positive attitude and strong communication skills • Must be able to work during the fair hours.
