Description We are looking for a Temp to Hire Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team! The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of medical insurance and demonstrate a strong passion for customer service. Hours: M-F 8:30 AM – 5 PM Location: Hybrid after 6 week training, Springfield, MA Compensation: $20 per hour Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the health insurance products offered by the company. • Efficiently navigate the systems used within the department. • Meet established performance standards. • Comprehend and interpret documents such as training manuals, correspondence, and brochures. • Multitask throughout the day to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. • Consistently maintain a positive and professional attitude. • Own the customer experience by answering calls promptly and efficiently, resolving issues, and honoring commitments made to customers. • Adhere to deadlines and turnaround times. • Be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed. • Maintain engagement and motivation to achieve success both individually and as part of the team. • Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
