What You'll Do • Deliver a premium ownership experience for every Lincoln client. • Build lasting relationships through trust, communication, and professionalism. • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines. • Coordinate repairs efficiently with technicians and management. • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. • Consistently meet and exceed sales, CSI, and performance goals. Qualifications • Previous experience as a Service Advisor required. • Luxury/Highline dealership experience preferred (Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Cadillac, Acura, Infiniti, Volvo, etc.). • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
