What You’ll Love About This Role: • Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement • On-site housing discount starting at 30% (and growing with tenure) • Generous PTO, vacation time, and up to 15 paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Company-paid life insurance • Health Savings Account with company match • Flexible Spending Account • Employee Assistance Program • Ongoing training and career development What You’ll Do: • Supervise and schedule maintenance staff including housekeepers, painters, groundskeepers, and service technicians • Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies. • Manage inventory, purchasing, and job estimates • Ensure make-ready units and work orders are completed in a timely manner • Monitor and manage D&R, supplies, replacements, and capital expenses to budget • Maintain accurate logs and documentation • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members • Step in to support staffing decisions and team supervision when needed • Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as required Requirements What You’ll Bring: • Prior apartment maintenance supervisor experience is required. • HVAC certification is required- Type 2, or EPA Universal. • Strong knowledge of general maintenance, construction, and safety practices • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments • Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Personal cell phone required for on-call availability Additional Details: • High school diploma or GED required • Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices • Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions • A Valid U.S. Driver's License is required • Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer • Background check and E-Verify required • The selection process includes a work-style assessment and an on-site maintenance skills evaluation.
