What You’ll Do • Originate and process mortgage loan applications by interviewing applicants and analyzing financial information. • Educate members on mortgage products and services, ensuring alignment with their financial needs. • Build and maintain relationships within the community, especially with real estate professionals, to attract new mortgage business. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as appraisers, title officers, and underwriters to ensure smooth loan processing. • Attend community events to promote mortgage products and represent the credit union. • Provide exceptional member service by resolving inquiries and identifying opportunities for cross-selling products. • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including the SAFE Act and Bank Secrecy Act. Is This You? • High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills • Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance • Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility • Proficiency in basic computer operation • Travel to offsite business locations required • Ability to be bonded and registered under the SAFE Act • Preferred But Not Required: College degree (or completion of equivalent training or apprentice program) and mortgage lending experience Why Join Arbor?
