Description Customer Service Representative Shipping Pilot is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline representative of our company, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients in the logistics industry. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing clear and proactive communication. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. This is an on-site position located in Strongsville, OH. The position will begin as full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, five days per week. Full-time hours are expected through our peak season and into early 2027. Following Q1 2027, hours may be adjusted based on business volume and operational needs. There is potential for the position to remain full-time beyond Q1 based on continued business needs. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests. • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels. • Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to manage the flow of goods and address any disruptions. • Address and resolve client issues, including shipment discrepancies, delays, and other service-related challenges. • Liaise with internal departments to find solutions and provide updates to clients. • Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. • Generate regular reports on service performance, identifying areas for improvement. • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. • Understand clients’ business needs and logistics requirements to provide tailored solutions. • Proactively communicate with the customers if there are any concerns, delays, etc. • Ability to work cross-functionally within Shipping Pilot and our customers. • Other duties as assigned.
