Qualifications: • Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Honda or similar brands. • ASE certification preferred; willingness to pursue further certifications is a plus. • Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. • Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles. • Performance Honda Fairfield is a drug-free workplace.
