Responsibilities: Must have a experience in Generator Parts and Service to be considered for this position. • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers. • Manage parts inventory and ensure availability for service orders and deliver to site. • Process customer orders and provide accurate price estimates. • Assist in generating sales by promoting services and parts to customers. • Address customer inquiries and provide timely and efficient support. • Collaborate with service technicians and parts personnel to ensure seamless operations.
