What You'll Be Doing • Safely deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations • Operate and control mixing functions to ensure product quality meets specifications • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation accurately • Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate efficient deliveries • Clean and maintain the truck to ensure safe operation and a professional appearance What Are We Looking For • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely • Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible driving practices • Ability to manage time, follow delivery schedules, and adapt to changing job site conditions • Mechanical awareness to identify basic equipment or vehicle issues • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer • $30.92 to $32.92 per hour • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension • Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled Provide your feedback on BizChat
