What You'll Be Doing • Support quarry and plant operations by performing a variety of production, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks. • Safely operate mobile equipment and assist with material handling activities throughout the site. • Conduct routine inspections and identify equipment or operational issues for timely resolution. • Maintain clean, organized work areas to promote a safe and efficient operation. • Collaborate with plant personnel to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. What Are We Looking For • Demonstrated ability to work safely in a quarry, mining, construction, industrial, or similar environment. • Capability to operate or learn to operate mobile equipment and production-related machinery. • Strong work ethic with the flexibility to perform a variety of operational and maintenance support tasks. • Effective communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to reliability and accountability. • Ability to identify potential issues, follow procedures, and contribute to safe, efficient operations. Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
