What You'll Be Doing • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment. • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. • Maintain accurate maintenance records. • Collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations. Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Physical Demands • Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds. • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
