Job Description Overview The International Tax Manager will act as a key business-facing advisor within the Group Tax function, supporting the identification, communication and management of international tax risks across bids, projects, transactions and cross-border operations. The role will provide practical advice on direct tax, withholding tax, treaty relief, VAT/sales tax, permanent establishment risk, transfer pricing implications and tax governance, working closely with finance, legal, commercial, treasury, HR and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions. Additional international tax or indirect tax experience would be advantageous. • Proactive, practical and solutions-focused. • Confident working with ambiguity and complex fact patterns. • Able to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands. • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial perspective. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team. • Able to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders. • Committed to high standards of governance, integrity and ethical conduct.
