Proliant Health & Biologicals is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to join our manufacturing leadership team in Boone, Iowa. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will lead daily plant operations with direct responsibility for Production Supervisors, the Maintenance Supervisor, and plant employees. The Assistant Plant Manager plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, productivity, employee development, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
