Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K–12 school setting in Mukilteo, WA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools. Why Join Us • Competitive pay (Up to $72/hour) + steady school-year schedule • W-2 employment with liability insurance included • Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match • Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses • Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll Do • Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation • Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports • Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development • Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records • Adapt materials and environments to improve student access What We’re Looking For • Active (or eligible) Washington State OT license • ESA Certification (or ability to obtain) • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy • Strong communication and collaboration skills • School-based experience preferred, not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
